1 med. can Red Gold Diced Tomatoes
1 med. can Light Red Kidney Beans
2 med. can Campbell's Herb Garlic Tomato Soup
1 can. Campbell's Tomato Soup
1 can Water
1 med. Onion, minced
2 tsp. Dried Basil
2 tsp. Leaf Oregano
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Dried Crushed Red Peppers
4 tsp. Chili Powder
1 can Tomato Juice (large can 46 oz.)
2½ lb. Ground Chuck

Brown ground chuck, drain fat. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for a few hours. The longer, the better.
