2½ c. milk
⅛ tub Butter Crisco
1 c. Sugar
1 tbsp. Salt
⅔ oz. yeast
1¼ c. warm water
6 tbsp. Easy Egg
3 lb. Bread Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, add Crisco, salt and sugar. Let cool to 105º-120º. Add warm water to yeast and let set for 3 minutes. Stir, then add easy eggs. Combine the milk and yeast mixtures. In a mixer with a dough hook add flour to liquid mixture. Mix on low speed until mixed. Turn to medium for 5 minutes. Sides of bowl will be clean an dough slaps when being mixed. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rise until double in size. Punch down and weigh out into 3 oz. portions. Roll into balls. Place in mini loaf pans, or on sheet trays. Let rise. Bake at 350º for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with butter.
