1-2 lb. Ground Beef
1 tsp. Onion Salt
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
Salt
Pepper
1 lg. cont. Cottage Cheese
2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
½ to 1 c. Parmesan Cheese
2-4 c. Mozzarella Cheese
1 pkg. Lasagna Noodles, uncooked
1 - 2 jars Ragu Traditional Spaghetti Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Bake time is anywhere from 1½ hours to 2 hours. Take a knife and poke it in the center & if it goes through easily, then it's done.
Brown Ground beef, onion salt, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Drain off grease.
In a bowl combine Cottage cheese, Italian seasoning and ½ c. or so parmesan cheese.
In bottom of 9x13 baking pan, spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce. Place uncooked noodles on top. Spread on some cheese mixture, spread on some meat. Continue layering like this. Sauce, noodles, cheese mixture then meat. When you're out of cheese and meat add more sauce on top then put on mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake. Remove foil the last 15 to 20 minutes to brown cheese.
