Recipe makes 2 different amounts:
For 4 cups:
2 c. chili powder
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. paprika
1/3 c. salt
1/4 c. cumin
1/8 c. garlic powder
1/8 c. onion powder

For 8 cups:
4 c. chili powder
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. paprika
3/4 c. salt
1/2 c. cumin
1/4 c. garlic powder
1/4 c. onion powder
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Store in an air-tight container until needed. About 1/4 cup of mixture will season 1 pound of ground beef.
