Banana Muffins Recipe

4 large bananas

¾ cup dark brown sugar

⅓ cup molasses

1 egg

1¼ tsp. baking soda

½ tsp. salt

2 cups flour

⅓ cup butter, melted

½-⅔ cups chopped pecans, toasted

Directions:

1. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add sugar, egg, molasses, & melted butter. Set aside. Combine all dry ingredients then mix slowly into the banana mixture.

Bake at 400* in muffin pan for 15-20 minutes

Makes 12 muffins
