2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
½ White Onion, diced
1 cup dried Breadcrumbs
½ cup Milk
1 large Egg
3 tbsp Worcesterchire Sauce, divided
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Oregano
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper flakes
½ cup Ketchup
2 tbsp Brown Sugar

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 1 hour

1-Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease a 9x3" pan.

2- In a large mixing bowl, knead together the ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, salt, basil, oregano, pepper and red pepper flakes.

3- Shape the meat into a loaf and put into the prepared pan. Bake in the 350ºF oven for 45 minutes.

4- In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. Brush it over the hot meatloaf.

5- Increase the oven temperature to 400ºF and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160ºF.

6- Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into slices and serve.
