5 sweet potatoes
Olive oil
1 c brown sugar
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp butter
2 c marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry five potatoes; spray each potato with olive oil and wrap in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes (or when fork slides in).

When done, scoop out the potatoes and place in a mixing bowl.

Add a cup of brown sugar, one tablespoon of maple syrup, one teaspoon vanilla, one tablespoon of butter and beat for two minutes with mixer.

Pour mixed ingredients into a baking dish and place marshmallows on top to cover the entire dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
