chicken or turkey
1/2 a coup can of milk
additional bread crumbs
broth
condensed cream of chicken soup
condensed cream of celery soup
frozen peas
stuffing
onion

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a cake pan or casserole dish. Layer cooked bite size pieces of poultry with stuffing and a layer of bite size pieces of poultry with stuffing and a layer of frozen peas. Mix the milk with the soups. Pour over the layers in pan. Top with more stuffing or bread crumbs. Add onion if desired. Pour broth over the whole pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
