2 cups All-Purpose Flour

½ tsp. Salt

¾ cup Water

3 T. Olive Oil

1. In a large bowl, combine flour & salt. Stir in water & oil. Turn out onto a floured surface; knead 10-12 times, adding in a little flour or water if needed to achieve a smooth dough. Let rest for 10 minutes.

2. Divide dough into eight portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a 7 inch circle.

3. In a large nonstick skillet or griddle coated with cooking spray, cook tortillas over medium heat for 1 minute each side or until golden browned. Keep warm. 8 tortillas.
