3 packages frozen chopped broccoli
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp butter
8 oz velveetta cheese
1/2 cup rice (use long grain rice cooked in 1 1/2 cups water)
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli . Saute onions in butter, add soup and one can of water. Add broccoli (drained), cheese and cooked rice, Mix thoroughly. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 20 to 25 minutes in 350 degree oven.
