1 lb. ground beef
Salt & Pepper
Half a can of tomato paste
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes with juice
2 cloves garlic minced
½ tsp paprika
12 oz egg noodle
3 oz. cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, garlic and paprika. Simmer 12 min. Prepare egg noodles, drain. Add cream cheese melting it into the hot noodles. Add sour cream and chopped onions. Layer in a 9 x 9 pan with ½ meat mixture. Top with noodles and end with meat mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake 350º for 30 min.
