Tommie Storrie Strain


1 1/2 lb ground beef
2 4 0z cans whole green chillis
1/2 c shredded sharp cheese
1/2 c onion chopped
1/2 t salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c milk
1/4 c flour
dash of worcestshire sauce
4 eggs

Place half of chilies, cut length wise, into 10x6 baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese. Brown meat with onion. Drain. Season.
spread meat mixture over chilies
Place remaining chilies over meat.
Combine milk, flour and eggs and worcestshire sauce. Pour over meat and chilies

Bake 350 for 45 min or until knife inserted in center of casserole comes out clean!
