4 C. shredded potatoes
8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 C green onion sliced
4 bacon slices, crumbled
dash of pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Top with additional green onion or bacon.
