1/2 C white sauce mix
1 C cool water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 C grated cheddar cheese
4 C peeled, cubed and cooked potatoes
1 T parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 2 qt. casserole dish. Combine white sauce and mix with cool water in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat about 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly until thick and smooth. In a medium bowl, combine white sauce, cream of chicken soup, and grated cheese. Put cooked potatoes in casserole dish. Pour cheese over mixture. Stir gently to coat potatoes. Sprinkle parsley on top. Bake 20 to 30 minutes until sides are bubbly and cheese is melted.
