4 beaten eggs
8 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. cream
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. almond extract
¼ tsp. baking powder
1 pinch salt
2½ c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
1) Beat eggs. Add in sugar, cream, butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and almond extract. Mix well.

2) Put salt and baking powder in the flour. Stir the flour into the mixture with a spoon, one cup at a time. Set in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.

3) Roll out using as little flour as possible. Roll very thin, cut into a diamond shape with a puncture in the middle. Fry in grease until golden brown.
