1 chicken, cut up into serving pieces
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup rice
1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of milk
1 package dry onion soup mix.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread rice evenly in pan. Mix cans of soup with milk and pour over the rice. Place cut up chicken across the mixture and sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 2 ½ hours at 325º. Remember, no peeking!
