1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix sugar and butter well. Stir in UNBEATEN egg and extract. Add flour.

2) Make small bits of dough and with thumb and finger cover the inside of small patty pans (look like a cupcake wrapper) and bake in the oven.

3) Bake at 350F or 375F depending on the oven. Cook until golden brown. Let cool and tap out of tins.
