7 # chipped ham
potato salad- green dishpan 2/3 full
125 mints
Relish (radishes, watermelon rind pickles, celery, carrots)
Cake to serve 60
2 cheese balls
5 boxes crackers
Shish Kabobs (grapes, watermelon, cherries, pineapple, bananas)
3 pans finger Jello™
3 gallon tub of ice cream
5 gallons punch
22 cups coffee


Punch recipe:
Hawaiian punch drink mix - 28 oz. can
Pineapple juice- tall can
Hawaiian punch
4 small frozen lemonade cans
3 pkgs. punch Kool-Aid™
1 ˝ quart peach & pineapple juice
sugar
ginger ale (forgot)
several extra scoops punch mix

40 guests- Had plenty of everything- maybe 1 dozen more buns

High school graduations were celebrated with a party for family and friends. The graduate's favorites were featured on the menu. Since Steve was Grandma's first grad, these careful notes were likely needed for the next 3 parties to come!
