1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 bag frozen, shredded potatoes. (thawed)
Crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a pan and add all ingredients but potatoes and cornflakes. Pour mixture over potatoes and mix lightly. Put in casserole dish. Top with crushed cornflakes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
