8-10 white potatoes
4 T butter
2 T flour
6 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup milk
1 T ground mustard
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut up potatoes into cubes. Cook until slightly firm since they will cook in the oven too. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan.
In saucepan, melt butter. Add flour and stir until thick. Add evaporated milk, mustard and cinnamon. Then add cheese and stir until melted. Add milk. Might need to add more milk to get desired consistency. Pour over cooked potatoes and stir.
Bake in 375 oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
