1/4 C. Boiling Water
1/4 C. Melted Butter
1 Pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 C. Warm Milk
1 Room Temp. Egg
1 T. Brown Sugar
1/2 t. Salt
4 C. 50/50 Cake Flour/Flour
1 Pkg. Yeast
1/2 C. Softened Butter
4 t. Cinnamon
1 C. Brown Sugar

Icing - Per Serving
1/4 C. Powdered Sugar
Dash of Vanilla
1 T. Butter, Melted
1 t. Milk

Directions:
Disolve T. brown sugar, melted butter and boiling water. Add the yeast and time for 5 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the pudding mix with the cup of warm milk, the egg and salt. Add the pudding mix with the yeast in the bowl of the mixer. Start on low. Add the flour up to 3 1/2 C. Save the rest for rolling out dough.
Switch to bread hook and knead for 10 minutes. Cover and allow to rise for about an hour to an hour and a half. Turn out dough and roll out to 18 inches. Spread with softened butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon, then top with brown sugar. Roll up and cut into 1 inch pieces. Freeze in serving size, in plastic bags.

When ready to use, butter the baking dish, place frozen rolls, cover with plastic wrap.
Place in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning rise rolls for about an hour, then bake at 350* for 12 and 10. Ice with prepared icing.
