3-4 lbs. catfish fillets or nuggets
MARINADE:
1 c. corn oil
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tsp. cracked black pepper
GARNISH:
1 lemon, sliced
3-4 sprigs parsley
2-3 Tbs. minced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place fillets in glass baking dish.

2. Combine all marinade ingredients and
pour over catfish; marinate 30 minutes.

3. Lightly drain fillet pieces and place in
hinged grilling basket; brush with
marinade. Grill over medium hot fire
for 4-8 minutes per side depending on
thickness of fillets and heat of fire. Do
not overcook. Brush fillets several times
while cooking.

4. Place on serving platter; top with garnish.
