5 or 6 medium potatoes
½ lb. Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 bunch of green onions
½ pint of sour cream
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with a jacket on. The night before (firm to grate) put in refrigerator overnight peel and grate coarsely.
Chop the green onions. Add ingredients together add a little milk about ⅓ cup to make moist. Mix all together. Pour mixture into 9 x 12 buttered baking dish. Mix ⅓ cup of toasted bread crumbs and butter. Put on top of casserole and bake for 40 Minutes. This recipe was for Alvah Strawn in May 1980.
