1/2 cup butter or oleo
1 package 8 ounces cream cheese
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup milk
1 1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon [baking] soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

TOPPING
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup flour
2 tablespoons butter
Directions:

Combine first three (3) ingredients
Beat till light and smooth
Add eggs and vanilla and beat very well
Sift flour, baking powder, [baking] soda and salt
Add alternately with milk
Then beat well
Spoon into greased 9X13 pan and
Cover with topping.

Bake at 350º for 35 minutes

For topping there are notes in a different pen that are difficult to read.

What is certain is the addition of 1/2 cup nuts. It may say 1/4 cup - 1/2 cup nuts.

For brown sugar, it seems to say 1/2 sugar, packed as a substitution for the 1/3 cup brown sugar. The word "packed" suggests that this refers to brown sugar as well, so may simply suggest adding more brown sugar.

For flour, it seems to suggest using 1/2 cup rather than 1/3 cup.
