1 cup pinto black beans
1 can black eyed peas
3 cans corn
1 small jar pimento
1 cup of chopped celery
1 cup of red or green peppers
1 small onion

dressing
3/4 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1/4 cup oil
sprinkle little salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
add all ingredients in large bowl
mix dressing in small bowl and stir well and pour over, mix well and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Goes really well with Tostitos lime chips
