1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
4 tsp cocoa
1/2 cup milk
3 cups quick oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan mix together butter, sugar, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add oats, peanut butter and stir until well mixed. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.
