2 can(s) early june peas (15 1/2 oz. size)
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/4 c all purpose flour
1 c evaporated milk
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet over low heat, then add the flour and stir to mix until combined. Then add liquid from both cans of peas, and stir in evaporated milk, stirring until mixture begins to thicken.

Continue to stir while adding peas & cook for 8 to 10 minutes over low heat. Add salt & pepper as desired.
