Ingredients:  
6 large green peppers
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
6 cups sugar
1/2 ts salt
1 tsp crushed hot pepper
1 box sure jel pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Put peppers in food processor and chop about 1/2 minute. In a saucepan add peppers, vinegar, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and boil for 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Add sure jel and cook for 1 more minute.
Pour into sterile jars and seal.
