1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 lb. ground venison
1/2 onion, diced
1 T. vegetable oil
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can retried beans
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 egg
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with crescent rolls. Combine ground venison and onion together in a skillet and cook over medium heat until meat is browned and onions are soft and transparent. In a mixing bowl, combine taco seasoning, refried beans, sour cream, egg and cheddar cheese. Spread the venison over the crescent rolls, then spread the bean mixture over venison. Bake for 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
