Choice of bread (Grandma Dinny prefers Ciabatta)
Olive Oil
Garlic Powder
Shredded Cheese- (use pizza cheese a mixture of Parmesan & mozzarella).

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Cut bread in half/lengthwise if using a loaf.

Drizzle or spray lightly with olive oil.

Sprinkle with garlic powder and add cheese.

Wrap bread in foil wrap.

Bake bread for about 15 to 20 minutes.
