1 c. flour
tsp. baking soda
⅔ c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water
6 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 egg
Mint kisses
to pastel cream

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour & baking soda. In saucepan, heat brown sugar, butter & water. Add chocolate chips, stir until melted. Pour in bowl and let stand 10-15 mins. Beat egg into chocolate. Stir in flour mixture. Cover & chill 1-2 hours.

Shape into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 for 8 mins. Remove an put mint kiss on top. Return to oven and bake about 2 mins. Spread out mint.
