1 medium onion
1 egg
1 pkg chopped spinach

Ravioli:
Grind left over roast beef. Add onion (ground) Add spinach (thawed), beaten egg and season with salt, pepper, onion salt. Mix all together. Cover bowl and let it set while you make the macaroni dough.

Macaroni dough:
Beat 2 eggs and add 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 teas. salt.
Add about 2 cups of flour. Mix with a spoon until stiff then finish kneading on a floured board to firm ball. Add flour as needed. Cut off section of dough and roll out to square about 14” x 14” to 1/8 inch thickness. Put one full teas. of filling on dough about 1-1/2 inches apart. Moisten top of dough and between balls of meat. Fold top of dough over filling and seal each ball. Cut in squares and seal with a fork. Put on floured cloth to dry somewhat. Drop into boiling salted water and cook about 15 minutes. Drain off water and cover with spaghetti sauce. Serve immediately.
