4 Cans Tuna Fish (chunk type) - drain if too oily
2 Bottles Pickled Onions
2 Cans Pitted Black Olives
1 Can Pitted Green Olives
1 Pt. Dill Pickles sliced thickly
1 Cup Celery sliced on an angle
1 Quart Giardiniera (pickled vegetables no hot)
3 Jars Artichoke hearts in oil (do not drain)
1 Jar Pimento cut up (for color)
1 Large size stuffed green olives
2 Cans (6 ounce) tomato sauce (more if needed)

(Add more of each to suit your taste)

Toss just enough to mix so Tuna stays in chunks.

You may also add carrots that have been sliced, partially cooked and cooled
