2 lb. pkg frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
cup butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
cup chopped onion
tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Thaw frozen potatoes ahead of time, then refrigerate
2. Melt butter
3. Chop onions
4. Combine those 3 ingredients along with salt and pepper
5. Whisk together soup, milk, sour cream, and cheese... then add to potato mixture
6. Mix all ingredients together and spread in 9 x 13 inch pan.
7. Can be topped with corn flakes or bread crumbs (optional)
8. Bake for 45 minutes at 325
