Crust:

2 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
< 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter, melted


Filling:

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 t. vanilla extract


Blueberry Topping:

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 T. corn starch, dissolved in 2 T. cold water
1 T. butter
pinch of salt
3 c. blueberries - fresh or frozen

Crust:

Mix ingredients all together and press into 9" x 13" pant.


Filling:

Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Add eggs and beat well. Add in vanilla and beat until fluffy. Spread over crust. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Cool.


Topping:

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; boil for 2 minutes. Cool. Pour over cooled filling.


Refrigerate. Serve with whipped topping.
