1 1/2 #s fresh Brussel Sprouts
3 T. olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c heavy whipping cream
3 T. Dijon mustard
1/8 t. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450º. Place Brussels sprouts in an ungreased 15X10X1in. baking pan. Combine olive oil and garlic; drizzle over sprouts and toss to coat.

2. Bake uncovered 10-15 minutes or until sprouts are tender, stirring occasionally.

3. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the whipping cream, mustard, pepper and salt. Bring to a gentle boil; cook for 1-2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Spoon over the Brussels sprouts.
