1.25 C flour
1.5 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 C milk
olive oil
1/2 lemon, zest and juice
3/4 C parmesan, divided
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch of chives with flowers or buds
3 green onions
6 slices of prosciutto
ground pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place a pizza stone or baking sheet in to warm.

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk to mix. Slowly add the milk and just a drizzle of oil. Using your hands, mix until dough is soft. Put into a ball and let rest for five minutes. Drizzle the outside of ball with oil.

Lightly flour surface and roll you dough into an 8 inch circle. Let rest.

Place the chives and onions in separate bowls and drizzle with oil. Toss to coat. Season with a bit of salt and pepper.

Make dressing: whisk lemon zest, 1/4 C parmesan, garlic, lemon juice and a heavy drizzle of oil. Salt and Pepper to taste. Set aside.

Remove stone or sheet and place dough on. Scatter onions and chives. Drizzle 1/2 the dressing over top. Add prosciutto and rest of parmesan. Drizzle rest of dressing on.

Put in oven and bake for about 8 minutes. Remove and hit it with a light squeeze of lemon. Slice and serve.
