Granny Jones


1 onion chopped
3 tbs fat
One can of tomatoes
2 6oz cans tomato paste
2 cups of water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 Tsp of pepper
1 Bayleaf
1 pound ground beef
1 cup find dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of grated cheese
one sprig of parsley chopped
one clove of garlic minced
1/2 cup of milk
two well beaten eggs
salt and pepper
18 ounce package long spaghetti cooked

Cook onions in hot fat till golden add tomatoes tomato paste water sugar salt pepper and Bayleaf cook slowly for one hour combine meat breadcrumbs cheese parsley garlic milk and eggs and seasonings mix thoroughly form in small balls brown in hot fat add to sauce and cook on low heat for 15 minutes and serve over spaghetti
