4-8oz packages of frozen spinach, thawed but not cooked
6 eggs, beaten
1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
2 onions
c. vegetable oil
lb. feta cheese
tsp dill or spearmint (I like the dill)
1 pkg Phyllo dough (can sub Pepperidge Farms Puffed Pastry Sheets)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except dough. Grease a baking dish and line with half of the phyllo placing spinach mixture on top. Cover with remaining phyllo tucking in edges. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
