Couscous 1 box quick grain...

1 tablespoon butter

salt and pepper to taste

1 tb olive oil

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1/2 cup red pepper cut in cubes

1-1/4 cup boiling water

1/2 cup raisins

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp grated orange grind

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan with lid heat olive oil,and onions & red pepper cook till wilted do not brown

add water raisins cinnamon orange ring salt and pepper to taste ,boil 4 minutes

then remove from heat stir well let stand 5 minutes uncover add butter

fluff with fork

Serve with tuna steaks

Grill Tuna steaks on griddle pan on medium high heat with spicy brown mustard

cook each side 4 minutes till caramelizes, you can tell by color...
