2½ lb. Fresh Pork, ground
2½ lb. Smoked Ham, ground
2½ c. Graham Cracker Crumbs, ground
1&⅔ c. Milk
3 Eggs

**Glaze**
2 c. Brown Sugar
¾ c. Vinegar
¾ c. Water
1½ tsp. Yellow Mustard

Directions:
**Glaze** Mix brown sugar, vinegar, water and yellow mustard. Stir until all sugar is dissolved. (warming in microwave for a couple minutes helps). Set aside.
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Use a large cookie scoop to form into balls. Place in baking pan. Pour glaze over top. Bake at 350º for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes.
