1 lb. Fresh Pork, ground
1 lb. Smoked Ham, ground
1 c. Cracker Crumbs (saltines)
1 c. Milk
2 Eggs
c. Brown Sugar
c. Vinegar
c. Water
1 tsp. Yellow Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ground pork, ground ham, cracker crumbs, milk and eggs. Form into a loaf. Pour sauce over and bake at 350 for 1 hours. Baste every 15 minutes. Test with a thermometer for doneness.

**Sauce** Mix brown sugar, vinegar, water and yellow mustard together. Pour over loaf.
