1 can Tomato Soup
1 c. Water, or Red Wine
2 lb. Beef Chuck, cut into 1-2 inch cubes
3 Carrots, cut
1 Onion, quartered
4 Potatoes, chunked
1 c. Celery, chunked
12 fresh Mushrooms
2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
1 tbsp. Italian Herb Seasoning
1 Bay Leaf
¼ tsp. Pepper

Mix well. Pour into roasting pan. Roast well covered at 275º for 4-5 hours.
