1 oz. Margarine
1 oz. Chopped Onions
1 lb. Corned Beef, cooked-trimmed-chopped
1 lb. Potatoes, cooked, cold & chopped
c. Corned Beef Broth -or- Beef Broth
c. Milk
tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
tsp. Pepper
tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, add chopped onion and cook 3-5 minutes. Add chopped corned beef and simmer 3-5 minutes to brown slightly. Stir frequently. Add potatoes, broth, milk, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and salt. Mix until well combined. Cook 3-5 minutes until mixture is hot and liquid is partially absorbed so that mixture is moist but not wet or runny. Put into baking pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
