1 lb. Pork, cut into ½ inch cubes
1 c. Celery, cut fine
1 c. Onions
4 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 lg. can Bean Sprouts
1 lg. can Chop Suey Vegetables
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
1 c. Water
4 tbsp. Cornstarch
Rice
Chinese Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In pressure cooker brown meat in hot fat. Add celery, onion, salt, pepper and water. Cook for 10 minutes at 10 lb. pressure. Add bean sprouts and vegetables. Simmer 3 minus. Add soy sauce and 4 tbsp. cornstarch. Mix well. Serve on rice, topped with Chinese noodles and soy sauce.
