4 lb. Chicken Breast, cooked, shredded and save broth
2 c. Celery, cooked and save juice
3 c. Onions, cooked
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
3 cans Chicken Broth
Salt
Pepper
1½ tsp. Poultry Seasoning
30 oz. Bread squares, dried

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread crumbs in a large roasting pan. Heat broth from chicken and cans. Add onions, celery and some of the broth to bread crumbs. Stir. Add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Stir. Add mushroom soup and a little water. Add chicken. Stir and add broth to make it a little soupy. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and continue baking for 45 minutes. Stir during baking. Bake until almost all the moisture is gone.
