¼ c. Margarine
⅓ c. Flour
½ tsp. Salt
2 c. Chicken, cooked & cubed
⅓ c. Onions
1 c. Peas
1 c. Carrots
1 can biscuits, baked
1 c. Potatoes, cooked (optional)
10 oz. Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Melt margarine in a 10x10 baking dish. Blend in flour salt and pepper. Add broth and milk cooking until thickened. (this may need to be done in a skillet then put into the baking dish) Add chicken, onions peas, carrots and potatoes. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Pour over biscuits to serve.
