3 c. Potatoes
1 c. Water
½ c. Celery, chopped
½ c. Carrots
1 tsp. Parsley Flakes
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
dash Pepper
1½ c. Milk
2 tbsp. Flour
8 oz. Cheese, any type
¼ c. Onion
Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan mix potatoes, water celery, carrots, onion, parsley, bouillon cube and pepper. Cover to simmer 25-30 minutes. Mix flour and milk. Add to vegetables. Cook until thick. Add cheese.
