6 cups of crushed strawberries
1 ½ boxes (1.75 ounce) of powdered pectin
4 cups of white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of white sugar with pectin until thoroughly combined.

In an 8-quart stainless steel pan over medium-high heat, combine the strawberry and pectin mixture, and bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Add remaining sugar, stir until completely dissolved. Return to full rolling boil stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Ladle into prepare jars.
