Condensed Milk
Ricotta Cheese
Almonds/pistachios/ cardamom/rose petals - all if easily available- personal choice.- I have made it with without any these and it tastes great.

Directions:

Mix Ricotta Cheese and Condensed Milk in a saucepan on a stove top.
Continue to stir till the content becomes thick. Some ghee can be added to avoid sticking at the bottom of the saucepan.
Add kesar as the content becomes thick.
Add the condiments - almonds ... all personal choice.

Spread the mixture on a flat plate. Garnish the top with cardamom powder, rose petals - all personal choice.

Cut it into pieces. Let it cool.

Pieces can be put in a box and stored in the refrigerator for future use.
